1.1 This page states the Terms and Conditions of Sales and Use for TheShoeShack.co.uk website (hereafter referred to as "The Shoe Shack").
1.2 The Shoe Shack is a trading name.
1.3 A Customer is any person or organisation that places an order for products sold by The Shoe Shack.
1.4 A Visitor is any person, organisation or entity that visits The Shoe Shack website irrespective of whether they are also a Customer.
1.5 By using The Shoe Shack, all Customers and Visitors agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1.6 The Shoe Shack reserves the right to change, add, subtract or in any way alter these Conditions without the prior knowledge or consent of the Customer.
2. Orders, payments, cancellations, returns and refunds
2.1 All payments are handled by our chosen payment provider, PayPal.
2.2 You may contact us to cancel your order after payment has been made.
2.3 If an order is cancelled prior to any items being dispatched, the order value will be refunded in full.
2.4 If an order is cancelled subsequent to any items being dispatched, the customer must return all items in an unused condition and in original packaging at their own expense before the full order payment will be refunded.
2.5 Pursuant to 2.4, if any items are returned that are deemed to be damaged or used, their value will be deducted from any order refund.
2.6 Any defects or damage must be reported within 7 working days of receipt of goods.
3. Product pricing and availability
3.1 All prices displayed on this website are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate and where applicable.
3.2 All products are subject to availability. If any products you have purchased are not available, we will refund their value.
4. Delivery and returns
4.1 All deliveries are handled by our chosen delivery providers with all deliveries subject to individual provider terms and conditions and operating policies.
4.2 All returned goods must be unused, in original packaging and adequately packaged to protect against damage.
